2. Use of the Platform

PetID provides a digital identification service for pets. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the purpose of protecting and identifying animals.

It is prohibited to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to compromise the security of the platform or other users' data.
• Provide false or misleading information in your pet's profile.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

By submitting photos and information to PetID, you warrant that you have the right to use such content and grant PetID a license to display it on the platform for the purpose of identifying your pet.

5. Limitation of Liability

PetID is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. The QR Code service is an auxiliary identification tool and does not guarantee the recovery of lost animals.

6. Modifications

PetID may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this site, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Use.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
